At C&M Landscape Contractors, we're so committed to your snow removal needs that we have in effect a 'Zero Tolerance' policy for snow. That means:

Before Snow Event:
C&M Landscape Contractors will monitor your site for any slick conditions on parking areas and walkways.

During Snow Event:
We will work during the storm to keep aisles and walkways open and accessible by plowing, shoveling, and applying chemicals.

After Snow Event:
C&M Landscape Contractors will continue to work on site until there is no snow or ice on the parking areas or walkways to possibly slip and fall on.

How Zero Tolerance is Achieved

• Off season contingency planning for all winter weather scenarios
• Weather monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Superintendents to physically check your properties during and 24 hours after a storm
• Proper equipment and personnel working in two 12 hour shifts
